1. The service
We rent single-tenant GPU servers and clusters, with the specifications shown on the pricing table at the time of your order, together with network connectivity, support and the commitments in our service level agreement. You receive root access and are responsible for what runs on the server.
2. Ordering and provisioning
An order placed on the site is binding once its invoice is settled — from your prepaid balance, or by a cryptocurrency payment credited to that balance. The order screen states the hardware, region, term and price before you confirm, and the invoice and receipt stay in your console. Provisioning is automated and typically completes within 10 minutes of a settled invoice; if a server is not live within 2 business days of a settled invoice you may cancel the order and we refund the amount to your balance or, on request, to the address you paid from.
3. Prices and billing
- Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of VAT or other taxes, which are added according to your billing country.
- The monthly fee is invoiced at the start of each billing period and due within 7 days. Term plans may be invoiced monthly or for the whole term, as stated in the quote.
- The price in your quote is fixed for the term you chose. We may change list prices for new orders and renewals with 30 days' notice.
- Overdue invoices may lead to suspension after written reminder; data is retained for 14 days after suspension.
4. Term, renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically each month and can be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. 3-, 6- and 12-month plans run for their full term in exchange for their discount, then continue month to month unless renewed on a new term or cancelled. You can upgrade, add servers or change GPUs at any time; differences are pro-rated.
5. Your responsibilities
- Comply with the acceptable use policy and applicable law, including export controls and sanctions.
- Keep your credentials safe and tell us promptly about unauthorised access.
- Keep copies of data you cannot afford to lose; local NVMe storage is wiped when your plan ends or a drive fails.
- Pay for services you order, including bandwidth above the included allowance, at the rates in your quote.
6. Data and privacy
You own your data. We do not access the contents of your server without your written consent, except where required by law, and we process personal data as described in the privacy policy. When your plan ends we cryptographically erase local drives.
7. Availability and support
Our uptime commitment, service credits, hardware replacement and support response targets are set out in the SLA, which forms part of these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a server, with notice where practical, if it is used in breach of the acceptable use policy, poses a security risk to our network or others, or if invoices remain unpaid after reminder. We may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of notice. You may terminate for our material breach on the same basis, with a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees.
9. Liability
Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, our total liability under this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or business. Service credits are the sole remedy for missed availability.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not apply retroactively to a fixed term already agreed. If you do not accept a change you may cancel at the end of your current term.
11. General
These terms are the entire agreement between us for the services. If a provision is unenforceable the rest remains in effect. Notices are sent by email to the addresses on the account. Questions: open a ticket from your console.
