1. What you can run
Any lawful workload: model training and inference, rendering, simulation, data processing, web services, development environments. Cryptocurrency mining is permitted on workstation-class GPUs if you tell us in advance, because of its power profile.
2. What is not allowed
- Attacking, scanning or disrupting networks or systems you do not own or have permission to test, including denial-of-service traffic and credential stuffing.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or hosting infrastructure for it; phishing; malware distribution or command-and-control.
- Storing or distributing content that is illegal in the region of the server or in your jurisdiction, including material that infringes intellectual property or exploits minors.
- Generating or serving content designed to defraud, impersonate or harass people.
- Reselling the server as-is without a written agreement with us.
- Circumventing metering, security controls or the physical limits of the hardware (for example, overriding power limits).
3. Abuse reports
Reports are filed as a Trust & safety ticket — that queue is open to every account, no server required — and are acknowledged within 24 hours. We forward credible reports to you and expect a response within 48 hours; where there is an ongoing risk to third parties we may null-route the affected address immediately and notify you.
4. Enforcement
We act proportionately: a warning and a chance to fix the issue for a first, minor breach; suspension for repeated or serious breaches; termination without refund for deliberate criminal use. We will always tell you what we found and why we acted.
5. Legal requests
We only disclose customer data or grant access to a server when legally compelled by an authority with jurisdiction, and we notify you unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
