About GPU Cloud HQ
Dedicated GPU hosting, with every promise in writing
GPU Cloud HQ rents single-tenant NVIDIA GPU servers by the month from 5 Tier III data centers in the United States and Europe. This page says who we are, what we run, how we bill and what we commit to — and links each claim to the page where it is written down.
- 354NVIDIA GPUs in the fleet, 10 models
- 136Available now — counters updated 18 September 2026
- 5Tier III facilities, US and EU

In writing
9 commitments, and where each one is written
Marketing pages promise; contracts commit. Every line below links to the clause of the SLA, the terms or the price list that binds us to it.
-
1
99.9% uptime, every calendar month
Miss it and the SLA pays service credits: 10% of the monthly fee below 99.9%, up to 50%. Measured from your ticket or from our own alert, whichever comes first.
SLA, sections 1 and 2 -
2
Failed hardware replaced within 4 hours
A GPU, drive or memory module that fails is swapped from the spare pool in the same facility. Time to replace counts against us, not against you.
SLA, section 3 -
3
An engineer within 15 minutes, 24/7
That is the incident target. Standard requests are answered within 4 hours and planned work within 1 business day.
SLA, section 4 -
4
Live within 10 minutes of a settled invoice
If a server is not live after 2 business days, you cancel and the amount goes back to your balance or, if you prefer, to the address you paid from.
Terms, section 2 -
5
Your price is fixed for your whole term
List prices move only for new orders and renewals, with 30 days' written notice. Launch pricing ends Oct 31, 2026 and the site says so on every page.
Terms, section 3 -
6
Late invoice: suspended, never deleted
A written reminder comes first. After a suspension your data is kept for 14 days, so you can settle and pick up where you left off.
Terms, section 3 -
7
Nobody reads your server
We do not access the contents of a server without your written consent unless the law requires it. Local drives are cryptographically erased when a plan ends.
Terms, section 5 -
8
20 TB of transfer a month, no egress fee
A dedicated 10–25 Gbps uplink, one IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 block on every server, all inside the price on the table.

Who we are
An infrastructure company, not a marketplace
GPU Cloud HQ buys NVIDIA servers, racks them in colocation facilities it leases in Ashburn, Dallas, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and operates them with its own engineers. There is no third-party host behind an order, no per-hour marketplace and no reseller margin: the counters on the pricing page are our pool, and the person who answers your ticket at 3 a.m. is one of the people who racked your machine.
Public ordering opened in 2026 with 10 GPU models — from the L4 at $169 a month to the Blackwell Ultra B300 at $3,790 — as whole servers and as 8-GPU NVLink nodes. We publish the date launch pricing ends and the list price that follows, because a price you cannot forecast is not a price.
- One tenant per server. GPU, CPU cores, RAM and NVMe are yours alone — never shared, never oversubscribed.
- One flat invoice. Host, 20 TB of transfer, IPv4, DDoS protection and 24/7 support are in the monthly price, up to 74% below hourly on-demand.
- One question at signup. An email address. No ID document, no card on file: you fund a balance in Bitcoin, Ether or USDT.
Facilities
5 data centers, one standard
We do not build data centers. We lease space in facilities that meet the standard on the right, and we run everything inside the rack. Choose the region at checkout: the price is the same everywhere.

- Tier IIIConcurrently maintainable: any power or cooling component can be serviced without taking your server down.
- ISO 27001Certified information-security management at every facility that houses our hardware.
- 2N powerTwo utility feeds, with UPS and generators on both paths, not a single shared backup.
- Carrier-neutralSeveral Tier-1 transit providers per site, and always-on DDoS mitigation at the network edge.
- Physical access onlyFacility staff can reach the rack, not your data: they hold no credentials to any server.
How we operate
From purchase order to your root prompt, and back to the pool
Six steps, the same for a single L4 and for an 8-GPU B300 node. Two of them, provisioning and replacement, carry a written time limit.
- PurchasingNew NVIDIA hardware, bought as complete servers with CPU cores, RAM and NVMe sized to the GPU. Nothing here is a card bolted into a shared chassis.
- Burn-inGPU stress and memory tests, NVMe and network checks, NVLink and InfiniBand validation on 8-GPU nodes. A server that fails goes back to the vendor, not into the pool.
- StockThe counters on the pricing page are the pool itself, updated 18 September 2026. When a batch runs short, the page shows the next delivery date instead of taking an order it cannot fill.
- ProvisioningAutomated: your image, your SSH key, a dedicated IPv4 and a /64 IPv6 block, firewall rules. Typically live within 10 minutes of a settled invoice, every step visible in the console.
- OperationHost, GPU health (ECC and Xid errors, thermals, power) and network are monitored around the clock. An incident reaches an engineer within 15 minutes; failed parts are replaced within 4 hours.
- End of termLocal drives are cryptographically erased, the server is re-imaged and tested again before it returns to the pool for the next tenant.
Billing
Prepaid, in USD, nothing charged without your approval
You fund a balance in Bitcoin, Ether or USDT; every invoice is issued in USD and settled from that balance at the exchange rate at the moment you pay. There is no card on file and nothing that can be charged behind your back.
- Renewals draw from the balance and the invoice is in your console before it is settled. A monthly plan cancels with 30 days' notice; fixed terms carry their discount and run to the end.
- Late invoice: reminder, then suspension. Data is kept for 14 days after a suspension. Nothing is deleted for a late payment.
- Not live after 2 business days? You cancel and the amount returns to your balance, or to the address you paid from.
- List prices change with 30 days' notice, for new orders and renewals only. The price in your order is the price for your term.
No KYC
No identity check, still accountable
Not asking for an identity document is a privacy decision, not a loophole. A rental does not need a passport, and we do not want a database of them that can leak. What we check is behaviour, and the rules are public.
- One policy for every server. Lawful workloads only; mining is allowed on workstation-class GPUs when you tell us in advance, because of its power profile.
- Proportionate enforcement. A warning and a chance to fix a first minor issue, suspension for repeated or serious breaches, termination without refund for deliberate criminal use. We always tell you what we found.
- Your personal data is not for sale. We keep account and invoice records for as long as accounting law requires, and nothing else longer than the service needs.
Support
Engineers on call, not a ticket bot
Support is run by the people who operate the fleet, around the clock. Tickets are opened from your console and stay attached to your account and your server, so every conversation keeps its history and its reference. The targets on the right are the ones written in the SLA, not aspirations.
Sales questions go through the same desk: a region we do not list yet, a custom node, a longer term. The answer comes from someone who can actually rack it.
| Priority | What it covers | Response target |
|---|---|---|
| Incident | Server unreachable, GPU or hardware fault, degraded network | 15 minutes, 24/7 |
| Standard | Configuration help, re-imaging, firewall changes, billing | 4 hours |
| Planned work | Upgrades, migrations, custom images | 1 business day |
Response targets from the SLA, section 4. Support tickets are reserved for customers with an active server; before you order, sales answers through the same desk.
Compare us
We tell you when hourly is cheaper
Below about 373 hours of use a month, an hourly provider is the cheaper way to run an H100. Above it — and a machine that trains, serves or renders is above it — the monthly rate wins by $1,197 a month, every month.
That is why the hourly rates of 12 other providers are printed next to ours on every GPU page and on the comparison pages, with the date we checked them. If a competitor is the better deal for your usage pattern, the page will say so.

The questions people ask before trusting a new provider
Is GPU Cloud HQ a marketplace or a reseller?
Neither. We rent servers we operate ourselves, in colocation facilities we lease. There is no third-party host behind an order and no per-hour marketplace: the stock counters on the pricing page are our own pool, and the engineer who answers your ticket is one of the people who racked the machine.
Where are the servers physically?
Ashburn, Dallas, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Stockholm — Tier III, ISO 27001-certified facilities with 2N power. You choose the region at checkout and the price is the same in all 5.
Who can access my server?
You. We do not access the contents of a server without your written consent unless the law requires it (Terms, section 5). Facility staff have physical access to the rack only and no credentials to any server (Privacy, section 4). Local drives are cryptographically erased when a plan ends.
What happens if I stop paying?
A written reminder, then suspension, never deletion: your data is kept for 14 days after a suspension so you can settle and resume (Terms, section 3). Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; 3-, 6- and 12-month plans run to the end of their term in exchange for their discount.
Why is there no KYC?
An email address and a funded balance are all a rental needs, and we do not want a database of identity documents and card numbers that can leak. What we check is behaviour: the acceptable use policy applies to every server, abuse reports are handled through a Trust & safety ticket, and deliberate criminal use ends the contract without refund.
How do I know the prices are real?
Every price on the site is the price in the console: no quote, no call, no per-hour surprise. Launch pricing ends Oct 31, 2026, and the pricing page states that list prices from Nov 1 are 15% higher. The hourly rates of 12 other providers are published with the date we checked them.
Read the SLA before you order. We would rather you did.
Then pick a GPU, fund your balance and be at a root prompt in under 10 minutes.
